Patriot Medical Transport System, LLC., was founded by Southern Maryland Volunteers and Career EMS personnel, to provide for a growing need for quality medical transportation in our community.

Patriot is dedicated to providing the best care possible for every patient we serve and to provide unparalleled levels of service to all our clients. We will remain focused on providing prompt, high-quality patient care at the Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support levels.

Our employees are encouraged to be highly responsive to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of care. Customers will be able to depend on Patriot for all of their medical transportation needs, through our services and those provided by our partners.

We will continue to search for new ways to improve medical care and medical transportation safety. Our commitment to clinical excellence and operational efficiency will help countless lives and will help to improve the service image of our clients.

As the needs of the community and the patient change, we will continue to introduce innovative programs to ensure the highest level of care is available to everyone in our service areas, and to help support the communities we live in.

Our Goal is to provide premier transportation services using the latest state of the art equipment and training.

Our Employees maintain the highest levels of training.

Some of our Paramedics are certified and licensed to the CCT and Flight Medic levels.

Our units are equipped for severe weather response.

Started and is staffed by members of the Southern Maryland Volunteer EMS Services to respond to the lack of adequate patient transportation in the region, to provide the BEST medical transport services in the area, and to provide career opportunities to these dedicated individuals serving our community.
